We are a modern, classic and evolving law firm. We have started our activities in Tallinn on 02.03.2017 and today we are in Rapla and Pärnu. We advise our clients and provide legal services in all main areas of law. Our clients are mainly medium sized Estonian and foreign companies and private individuals. We provide services in Estonian, English, Russian and German.
We deal with almost all areas of law with our clients' interests in mind. We have achieved the greatest success for our clients in criminal, civil and administrative litigation. We have been called upon to provide good advice in family law, bankruptcy, real estate, corporate and debt law.
Today, the firm's main areas of activity are tax, medical, environmental and data protection law.
We aim to provide our clients with the most appropriate legal solutions, focusing on expertise and a personal approach. Above all, we aim to prevent disputes in the interests of our clients by carrying out in-depth legal analyses, negotiating successful settlements and reaching satisfactory agreements. At the same time, we are able to provide high quality representation and advice based on long experience in all types of litigation, arbitration and out-of-court proceedings, should a dispute become unavoidable.
As we approach each client on a personal basis, the lawyer's fee or price is also agreed, but not below the average market price. In addition to hourly fees, we also offer our clients a range of fee options including flat fees, performance fees and monthly fees.
