How legal fees are determined in our firm
If it's worth doing, do it with heart! We are driven by the desire to provide our clients with a competitive and reliable legal service at a competitive price. As we approach each client on a personal basis, the hourly rate is agreed with the client, but generally not below the average market rate. We normally operate on an hourly fee basis but, depending on the circumstances, we may also agree on a fixed fee, a performance fee and, if necessary, a monthly fee. Please do not hesitate to contact us and we will find an arrangement that suits both parties.
Entering into a contract for the provision of services
In order to enter into a client contract, we ask you to provide your name and personal identification code, contact details (residential address, telephone number and e-mail address), the name of the opposing party and a general description of the dispute or problem. We will then contact you ourselves to ask you the questions that are of particular interest to us.
